PRODUCT INFORMATION
The relevant description of each product will be
available on this website.
All our coffee is sold as whole beans. The
coffee beans is stored in ventilating packaging to keep the durability of the
coffee.
PAYMENT
The payment for the webshop is possible with Dankort, Visa/Dankort,
VISA, Mastercard, Maestro.
The final amount is withdrawn from your account,
when your order is approved. Kaffedepartmentet makes reservations regarding
changes of taxes, mistakes in price and proof reading, technical errors and
force majeure.
SHIPMENT
At Kaffedepartementet, we always strive to send
as freshly roasted coffee as possible.
Shipping is done through GLS.
The delivery time depends on the destination and chosen delivery method.
RISK OF SHIPMENT
The risk of the product will pass on to you as a
customer once we have submitted the shipment to GLS.
RETURN AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Coffee and courses are non-refundable. Other products as merchandises
and equipment can be returned within 14 days after delivery. You are
responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
If you wish to make use of your return and
cancellation period, you must notify us that you want to return a product,
which must occur within 14 days after delivery. All products must then be
returned to Kaffedepartementet within the same period of 14 days after the
delivery to:

In order for you to purchase products on our web
shop, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and
e-mail address. We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering
your products. Your information is not passed on or sold to third parties.
Return or non-pickup of coffee orders.
If you order coffee from our website, but do not pick up your package at
the agreed place of delivery or within the timeframe provided by the carrier
you do not have a right to a refund.
You do not have the opportunity to cancel the
purchase if the coffee has been shipped from our roastery.
Course terms
After purchasing a course, you will receive
the order confirmation. You do not have to do anything after that, except
attend the course.

If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact us on

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you
can file a complaint with relevant committees in this area, provided that the
conditions are fulfilled:
